Grilled London Broil and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes


See? I told you I'd be showing you alot of roasted tomatoes.




I'm so happy the weather cooperated today so I could shove Dan outside to grill this lovely London Broil I marinated in soy sauce, garlic and rosemary last night.


I served it with a green salad with the leftover bleu cheese I purchased to use on the burgers from Friday. Note to everyone: Never buy bleu cheese. Because you will eat it. Everyday. Until it's gone.

  1. See I hate bleu cheese because it's blue. But I do like feta. Those tomatoes look divine. Tomatoes are really growing on me these days. I'm waiting for Todd to bring home a damn pizza right now. Tomatoes are my best friend.

    The London Broil made me salivate. For real. Like I felt spit forming in my mouth like fucking Pavlov's dog. Ding! Anyhoo, I'm wondering when I'm going to get an invite to the Jodi Trattatoria. (Is that even a word? I thought I saw it on a restaurant sign somewhere so just go with it).

  2. Bleu cheese is great. I'm going to sneak that in everything you eat too.

    I used to HATE tomatoes but I'm eating them more and more lately and I really like them. I hope they have cancer fighting elements because I'm going to need it!
