Grilled London Broil and Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
See? I told you I'd be showing you alot of roasted tomatoes.
I'm so happy the weather cooperated today so I could shove Dan outside to grill this lovely London Broil I marinated in soy sauce, garlic and rosemary last night.
I served it with a green salad with the leftover bleu cheese I purchased to use on the burgers from Friday. Note to everyone: Never buy bleu cheese. Because you will eat it. Everyday. Until it's gone.

See I hate bleu cheese because it's blue. But I do like feta. Those tomatoes look divine. Tomatoes are really growing on me these days. I'm waiting for Todd to bring home a damn pizza right now. Tomatoes are my best friend.
ReplyDeleteThe London Broil made me salivate. For real. Like I felt spit forming in my mouth like fucking Pavlov's dog. Ding! Anyhoo, I'm wondering when I'm going to get an invite to the Jodi Trattatoria. (Is that even a word? I thought I saw it on a restaurant sign somewhere so just go with it).
Bleu cheese is great. I'm going to sneak that in everything you eat too.
ReplyDeleteI used to HATE tomatoes but I'm eating them more and more lately and I really like them. I hope they have cancer fighting elements because I'm going to need it!
